Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe Welcome to Uganda! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a relaxing evening and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park After breakfast, we embark on a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, we will visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track rhinos on foot. Afterward, continue to the park and check into your lodge. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Nile River, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species.

Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Drive and Boat Safari Rise early for a thrilling morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and a variety of antelopes. After lunch, take a boat safari to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls, where the Nile River crashes through a narrow gorge. Optionally, hike to the top of the falls for a breathtaking view.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park Depart Murchison Falls and head towards Kibale National Park, known for its rich primate population. Arrive in the afternoon and check into your lodge. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the surroundings or take a guided nature walk.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park Today, we set out on an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by experienced guides, trek through the dense forest in search of these fascinating primates. In the afternoon, visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a chance to see more wildlife and unique bird species.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular savannah park. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, home to a variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, and leopards. In the evening, relax at your lodge and enjoy the stunning views of the park.

Day 7: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise Start the day with a game drive in the Mweya Peninsula, exploring the diverse ecosystems of the park. After lunch, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which boasts one of the highest concentrations of hippos in the world. Keep your camera ready for spectacular wildlife sightings along the shores.

Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Today, we journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The drive offers beautiful views of the countryside and the lush landscapes of southwestern Uganda. Arrive at your lodge in the evening and prepare for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Departure The highlight of your Uganda safari awaits! Early in the morning, join a guided gorilla trekking expedition into the dense forests of Bwindi. Encounter a family of mountain gorillas and spend an hour observing these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. After this incredible experience, return to your lodge for lunch before driving back to Entebbe for your departure flight.
